If you think the money was taken erroneously from your acount you have to go to your bank and ask for a fraud reimbursement.
If this was taken from your Credit Card and happened recently there shouldn't be a problem. Send your bank an email with the exact information. Then they will ask you to sign a form saying that there is a fraud transaction on your credit card. Normally then they should reimburse the money on your account or credit card.
