I have really bad hay fever and over the counter

I am dermatologist and want to help you. It may happen, that you loose taste and smell while an intensive hay fever. Which Antihistmines you already know ? The names ? May be there are some you don't know. If an Antihistamine is not enough, you can get Cortison fluid (Celestamine liquidum) and sprays for asthma. Your doctor can give you reciept.

All Antihistamines you can take 4 times per day, if you do not have problems with your heart rhythm.

Stronger antihistamines are: Rupafin, Fexofenadin, Desloratadin, Levocetirizin. For this you also need reciept.

I also advice you to repeat the Corona test. Sometimes it is false negative.
