Thank you for your request. In fact, a court hearing does not lead to a "suspension" of the quarantine obligation. However, from my point of view, the court is obliged to reschedule the appointment on request if you cannot attend the appointment due to a quarantine order. This is provided by the principle of the "right to be heard", which must enable you to take part in a negotiation. As an alternative to the rescheduling of appointments and the transition to the written procedure, the use of video technology for conducting the oral hearing can be considered. The ZPO provides in § 128a ZPO that the court can allow parties and their authorized representatives to stay at another location during the oral hearing and to carry out procedural acts there via video conference.
I am happy to answer any questions, thank you in advance for your rating (3 to 5 stars)

It depends on the court, but I think it's not impossible.
This means first of all that both parties have to appear in person (on site!), but does not rule out an interrogation via video conference. However, this must be requested separately.
Thank U, good night!
