Thank you Schiessl for you fast response. Let's try to clarify:1) How to define "live in the same household"? After the baby is born, we'll live together with baby everyday. Before it, Some time we live together; Some time we have to live in different country since we work in different country.
2) How should my employer in Germany count my paternity / maternity leave, does it matter that my wife is employed in UK?
Ok, that means, I can take another 6 months maternity leave from my wife's quota. A couple of more clarifications:
1) A few months of my wife's maternity leave is paid, others are no pay. For the leave I'll take from her, is it paid or no pay?
2) What shall I write in the notice to my company? according to ...... law? with ...... wsupporting doc?
